Underfloor heating issue
Hi, can anyone help please
I have new underfloor heating in the kitchen and rads in the rest of the house. I had a spare smart wired thermostat and thought this would be ideal for the UF heating.
The live from the underfloor heating pump is in the COM port of the smart thermostat and the switched live is in the NO port. This starts the pump immediately. When heat is called for, the boiler fires and the pump continues to run. When the desired temperature is reached, the boiler goes off but the pump continues to run. It appears that the smart thermostat is not switching. If the wires in the NO port is switched to the NC port, the pump witll not run at all even if heat is called for and the boiler fires. What have i got wrong ?

Update:
I had done everything right, it just needed Tado support to remotely reconfigure the smart wired thermostat. All working now. Hope this helps.
