Hot to switch off hot water for summer
Hi.
The App allows me to turn off all the radiators until I resume. How do I do this for the hot water as I have alternative hot water heating over the summer?
Each time I turn it off it resumes at next scheduled ON time. Tried to turn on AWAY model but this keeps reverting to HOME. I have altered the hot water schedule to remove all ON times and will see if that works but ideally I would like to leave the schedule as it was so it can be used after the summer. I have looked at the link in this thread but it did not help.
Any suggestions?

@Chriswires This really shouldn't be that difficult.
Firstly, click on the Hot Water tile, then click the schedule button top right. Click the away tab, and check what tado thinks it should be doing with hot water in "Away" mode - it might be set to switch it on.
Then to turn Hot Water off, go to the Hot Water tile, toggle it off. Then click the little pencil icon that appears at the bottom and drag it all the way to the right. It will permanently stay off until you switch it back on again.

Update - Hot water came on following the old schedule, even though I amended it to show no ON blocks. Noticed that it was in AWAY mode so chaned to HOME.
Do you have any idea how to set it so hot water is always OFF? Also, how do I contact Tado to get customer support on this?0 -
