Why is my boiler still on?
Please see screen shot of the app. I have turned off the schedule/heating. So why is my boiler still operating? The bathroom is the temperature sensor module that comes with the starter kit, the other rooms are TRVs. Up until now, I have had 2 years trouble free operation. Thank you.

Hi Emcee, thanks once again. After replacing the batteries in the temperature sensor (and then re-starting the bridge), once a full heating on-off cycle had competed all appears to be back to normal.

Hello @PhillMakepeace,
I had a look at your Home data. Until yesterday, your Wireless Receiver had no connection. It had connectivity between yesterday and today, but seems to have lost it again. It's possible that it did not receive the command to stop heating properly as a result. (Btw, you can see your Wireless Receiver's state based on which LEDs are on).
As a first step, you may want to re-establish proper connectivity to ensure your Wireless Receiver is communicating with the rest of your setup.0 -
Hi Emcee, thanks for a quick response. Ok, so the main control unit has been switched off since May (no heating needed, and because of a similar issue to what I'm experiencing now). Due to the unusual weather, it was turned back on ~midday yesterday. Due to boiler being on when there was no demand, it was switchecd off again ~8:30am today. When the unit was on, the LEDs were not indicating any fault or connection issue.

Hello again @PhillMakepeace,
It's possible some of our community members have faced a similar issues and are willing to share their tips, but my suggestion would be to contact tado° support (through our live chat). If it is the case that the LEDs were not indicating any fault or connection issue, then the problem may run deeper and cannot be properly tackled here.0 -
@PhillMakepeace hello. If the LEDs on the wireless receiver are on or off as expected, the top suspect would be a seized or faulty zone valve.
