Hot water not always working

@coco9898 Hello Coco. More details will be needed for community users to help you. Which Tado devices are you using?
Where is the Internet dongle connected to? Direct into the router? Or indirect?
Assuming you have a wireless receiver for the HW control … how close is it to the Internet dongle? When the HW fails, what lights are visible on the receiver? Is the HW light ON or OFF?
Are your heating/HW system valves (on the plumbing) configured as S-Plan or Y-Plan? Also your broadband provider and internet connection/router details?

I've had this happen once. Could find no reason for it. I have an extension kit rather than a wireless receiver
I think the suggestions that @wateroakley have made are good. I would also check the operation of the motorised valve as it may be failing to trigger the boiler0
