App working fine on Huawei p smart 2019 and tablet.

On Huawei p30 lite

App ask for login on Web - after credentials app get stuck, hangs

    Hello @Batjan,

    If I understand correctly, you can login the mobile app, but not the web app. If that is correct, my first suggestion would be to try to login to the web app using another device. If that works, it means the problem lies in the device you are currently using. If that doesn't work, you may be entering your credentials incorrectly.

    You may also want to try doing the usual device maintenance, such as clearing your cache and cookies.
