No devices present

Hi,
I downloaded the app, i follow the instructions untill add a device, nos the app is telling me there are no devices present in this home. What’s the problem here?

….and if you did scan (or enter details manually) did you then pair them?

Hi,
App did not allow me to scan, so all next steps were not possible. It now resolved spontaniously. Thanks forctrying to help!
