Broken power usb lead
Hi our adaptor seems to not be lit up anymore and the app is saying it’s all offline? How do we go about getting this replaced please?

The power lead for the bridge is a standard USB one, you can buy one anywhere, Amazon perhaps. Likewise the wall wart power supply, so long as you have one with a USB outlet it will be fine . . .0

Thank you, we now think it’s the internet bridge that has broken, as we’ve tried another lead but it’s not grabbing it at all. And there are not LEDs lighting up. It’s dead 👎🏼0
