Cancelled Auto-Assist

I have just cancelled the Auto-Assist subscription because of the price hike. To go from £21.99 to £29.99 is an obscene rise and I will not pay it. The more of us that cancel the more chance we have got of getting Tado to reverse this decision.

    I paid up front and won't be renewing it in January. It would have been good if they sent me an email telling me of the price is increasing. I really won't miss it.

  • I won't miss it either. My heating is on only five to six months of the year and on the whole someone is in the house pretty well all of the time that the heating is on.
