Numerous older threads seem to have suddenly had a response from Emcee who would appear to represent tado° but has not offered any solutions. I’m glad see the company participating here but the lack of suggestions or answers to the various issues is not especially helpful . . .

    Well, this week has public holidays in Germany and as such is often being used for some extra vacation days... So I wouldn't be surprised if even tado employees get some in... ;-)

    Let's not just judge by the absence of a few days... I did see some spam post (as in: proper spam linking to dubious websites) getting removed yesterday and today - so someone from tado seems definitely to still be around...)
