TRVs not firing up boiler

I fitted a TADO wireless starter kit & it is now working well so I thought that I would add some TRVs.
Having installed 3 of them I am puzzled that the temp shows what is selected on the trvs and in the app but no heat demand is shown in the app.
Consequently the boiler is not firing up when I select heat in a room.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong please?
