Smart Thermostat not calling for heat
Hi, I have just installed two smart stats as an add on for a system installed last week. The original installation is all working and if one of the rad stats calls for heat it fires up the boiler but the two new ones don’t?…… Am I missing something or is there another reason?……🤷🏻♂️😉🌻

You need to assign them to a zone controller, this is often the wireless receiver

Are the new thermostats assigned to a zone controller or are they set to be independent, if the latter the 'stats won't call for heat . . .

They are all independent, the original installation works fine, but the add on stats work ok as thermostats but don’t fire the boiler up?…….🤷🏻♂️😉🌻0
