Tado Smart AC V3 and HomeKit - only off/cool, no way to set heat mode

The title tells it all: I can only turn off and set AC to Cool mode, but not Heat mode in Apple Home.

In Tado own app I can set all modes.

What am I doing wrong?

    Very interesting, two weeks later heat mode appeared, I changed nothing. All works for me now.

    so cool mode is available, but is hidden and unactive somewhere in the software?
