10 room limit 😡😡😡

Has anyone managed to get more than 10 rooms communicating with the zone controller? I have more than 10 rooms and I’m so disappointed with Tado in that I have to link several rooms together to not exceed the 10 room limit. Can’t Tado fix this problem as it negates any savings putting rooms on that are linked but are not always required at the same time.

    @LindaWatts There should be a way to mix and match for your home. IIRC, the ‘device’ limit is 25 and the ‘zone’ limit is 10.

    We have 16 ‘rooms’ with 15 ‘devices’ and 10 ‘zones’. 12 TRVs, 2 room stats, one wireless receiver, 2 dumb TRVs, two bypass rads. To get around the 10 zone limit, upstairs has three bedrooms in one zone. Two TRVs are set as independent, with their own time/temperature, in one zone controlled by the TRV as zone controller in the coldest bedroom. HTH.
