Wiring new Tado upgrading from Fantini Cosmi

Options
I installed a new Tado wired Thermostat upgrading from a Fantini Cosmi CH140GSM. The instructions by Tado showed to wire in the new Tado only 3 out of the 4 wires (5 but 1 was a bridge, to to wires connected count 1 there). So I wired all wires safe for the red one that was connected to the port 4 of the old thermostat: I isolated the red wire and didn't connect it. The thermostat is able to switch on the heating but it seems that it is unable to switch it off. It's evident that I need to wire the red cable too. Can anyone help by telling me to which Tado port I need to wire this loose red cable?
