How long does it take for tado support to respond?

I need help with changing my boiler flow temperature and submitted it to tado about 3 days ago but I still haven't had a response. How long does it usually take?

    Use the chat. Typically 1-3 hours. Sometimes long but never in the days range.

    @Diggedy you can change yourself the boiler flow temp if you use the Tado Pro app. Download the app and register your tado internet bridge and you can change the flow temp at your convenience.

  • I've tried that, it's registering on the app to show its changed but the actual boiler temperature hasn't. The boiler isn't overriding it as Tado have changed it for me in the past

    @Diggedy how long are you waiting? It can take a few hours to register the change on mine. Usually quicker if I turn the boiler and extension kit off and on.
