New Set up Help - Heating always on.

Hi All,

Just wondering if I could get some advice please, as I only have the evenings to try and solve this due to work.

Basically I live in a flat and believe I have a S Plan set up, due to having two valves in the utility.

I bought the V3 wireless kit from Screwfix to have a wireless thermostat. I used to have a wired in Honeywell and a Honeywell Controller/Receiver.

I’m positive I followed the instructions step by step in terms of wiring and setting up. I just can’t get my head around to figure out why it’s always calling for heat as I have set the app and thermostat to off.

I don’t mind the constant hot water but CH is too much.

Any help, I would be very much grateful.
