Problem with the tado application

I have two problems with the application that works with the Hoval TOP GAS 24 boiler
1) The application does not allow you to turn off the water heating because it enters the factory mode and heats at maximum.
2) Does not respond to heating settings if it is not full or half degree.
Please give me tips on how to fix it?
