Allow full configuration of all tado devices in the system by default

When trying to set up SRVs, I initially only had the option of selecting the wireless receiver as the zone controller. After talking to tado support, they added the option of selecting one if my thermostats instead.
It would be good if this kind of setting was user definable from the beginning, with better documentation from Tado on how you might set things up. The existing documentation has diagrams for different scenarios but it's hard to match them to what you want to set up or what exactly you need to set things up a particular way.
