How do I connect a wireless thermostat to a wireless receiver.

I currently have 3 flow valves controlling different parts of my house. 2 valves are controlled via a heat miser. The 3rd valve control the upstairs which I need to control separately using a wireless temperature sensor and wireless receiver how do I connect these together????
