If I set all my rooms to 15C for Away Mode then activate it, I notice that only around half of the rooms show the required 15C temperature as set in Away. The others carry on with the Home setting.

Any ideas please?

    Do you have Preheat Before Arrival set to comfort?

    Sorry but I can't find the option Preheat Before Arrival at all.

    Ahh, it might only be an option if you have Auto Assist

    Click on the room on the main screen, click on the schedule button top right, click on away, is it turned on and is there a temperature set?

    Thanks for all help. Problem now resolved with the help of Tado Bot.
