Valve change for tado TRV

By valve I guess you mean the valve body. Get a valve body that is compatible with a Tado SRV. There is a compatibility list somewhere on Tado. Then go to valve manf website to get a valve body or trawl the internet for one. To change the valve body means draining your system and replacing the old with the new. The main thing to look for is a body that has same thread as tado or a tado adaptor.

We have working Honeywell Drayton and ecocal 30mm thermostatic valves. From experience, avoid Pegler. That well-known on-line retailer (A*) have multiple Drayton TRV4 on a reasonable offer price.

@Kingnikki18, I recently bought a cheap one from Screwfix: https://www.screwfix.com/p/white-angled-thermostatic-trv-15mm-x-1-2-/60368 which did the job just fine.
There is an excellent video on changing the valve here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2Y9elh24wc
I hope this helps.
