One Tado valve

Hi folks, I tried to turn my heating on last evening with just one Tado valve turned on, the rest off, basically to keep my granddaughters bedroom warm. I noticed during the evening they the room was cooling. Strange I thought as the app showed it on, temperature set to 23 (but showing 20 and reducing) radiator wouldn’t come on and the boiler and pipe work was cold. The radiator showed online, connected and “good” this morning when the entire system resumed schedule it all works fine. It appears that the system won’t work with one valve on, but that’s not the case. I’d welcome any thought please. Thanks

    Did you turn the room up on the app? Or on the TRV? In the app, is the room set as 'independent'? Or assigned to a 'zone controller'? If the room is 'not assigned' it won't call for heat.

    Example room, 'not assigned' to a zone controller and acting as 'independent'.
