Tado V3 thermostat has connection issues after changing batteries.

Dear,


After changing the batteries of my Tado thermostat (wall model) I experienced some connecting issues.

When mounting the cover of the thermostat everything worked fine. but 30 minutes later the connection was lost. What I did next was again opening the cover and close the cover --> and the Tado was connected again. But a while later it lost connection again.


Somebody experienced the same problem or has a solution

    Tado devices seem to be fussy about batteries. They don't seem to like some rechargeable types....

    Cheap bulk disposables work fine - great for the environment!

    Hi, it was indeed something with the batteries. i just took them out en in again and the problem was solved.
