I bought used ones and want to know if they have the latest version

One of them has different display⁉️

    Email tado at operator@tado-844a35e31252.intercom-mail.com for advice. Older TRVs cannot be updated beyond version 54.2. I have one like that, it still works fine. NB, the latest firmware is 95.1

    First Point - Firmware:

    I'm on 54.20 since 1 day - any chance to get updated over Time?

    I read that firmware is updated automatically.

    The seller told that they were not online for apr. 1 Year.


    How can I Identify if they are "Older TRVs cannot be updated beyond version 54.2."

    Can I see a Model Type somewhere? - Identify via Serial No. ? - Else?

    What is the difference?

    I read they don't give a Firmware Version History. 🙁

    Second Point - different Display

    As mention above one has different display and the display is very dark hardly to read at daylight.

    Are there some display settings somewhere?

    Or is this maybe a much older device?
