Internet Bridge will not stay connected.

I’ve had my Tado system for about 8months and it has been working flawlessly. Very recently I’ve come down on pretty much an hourly basis to see my IB lose connection. It will in most cases be flashing the cloud led, however sometimes I will have all 3 lights connected but the app say that there is no connection.
I’ve not changed anything in my setup and have tried the following:
- Move the IB to another port on my main switch
- Move the IB to another port on my secondary switch
- Move the IB to a port on my main Router (amplifi alien)
- Reconfigure my network to put my isp (Virgin Media) modem into router mode, disconnect my internal network and connect to the isp router (eliminating my network infrastructure from the equation)
- Assign a static IP address
- port forward 443 to the static ip address
- use different network cables

I just can’t seem to get a stable connection. I am able to ping the device on my network, and my router shows the device is active on the ip address Any ideas?

I’ve used the support chat function a few times, but a “human” never gets in contact with me and now I’m getting super frustrated. Even now I have all lights on the IB lit but the app is saying it’s offline
