Tado servers down . .

Twice this week the tado servers have become unreachable at around 20:00 UK time. Confirmed by downdetector.co.uk. Has anyone else noticed the problem?

Yes, no server connection at the moment (in Belgium)

mines been fine all evening, and yes ive been using it on and off all evening so far since about 6:30pm

i guess we must all be pointed at different servers.

Just received an email from Tado informing that there are problems with the tado app. My app went offline, but everything is back online now. System went down 20:11 and came 20:22. I'm in the UK.

Strange. I did not receive an email but the problem seems to be resolved.

Seems to have resolved now but the timing was pretty much as earlier this week. I wonder whether the servers struggle as winter in the northern hemisphere draws on and more and more tadoº systems become operational ?

In the uk and mine went down but what got me was Tado reports no problems at that time

Got the emails but had no issues with service on my side.

From first email to resolution was 16 minutes which is pretty good going

Mmm, although I get plenty of emails inviting me to buy further tadoº products I had nothing about the outages . . .
