Fault in Tado App heating schedule

The tado app changes our heating schedule without any input whatsoever from our side.
Geofencing is off. We don’t subscribe to Auto-Assist so seemingly it’s the App that ‘s at fault.
Any suggestions what we can do would be a great help.
