app has no heating control option

ive just intalled my v3 wirless kit. i can control the hot water and heating on the receiver but the app only gives me a hot water option which doesnt turn on the hot water when set to the on position.

there is also no heating control option at all on the app.

any help would be appreciated.

    no but it wont give me the option to create rooms.
    it has one room set up as hot water but thats it.
    im i right in thinking that i can control the whole house heating without the special ratiator vales or do a need to buy hose aswell?

    You need to create a room, even if it’s one for the whole house. Usually it’s named after the room you’ve put the wireless temp sensor in. You don’t need Tado trvs.
