Hot water stopped when home heating was turned on this year

Hello

Any help would be much appreciated as Tado not responding at all on the Chat line (been over a day now).

Hot water was working fine until I turned on heating for the year and hot water then stopped. The wireless receiver shows hot water on, the app shows hot water on, but for some reason the boiler no longer fires. Home heating is fine.

Check your heating/hot water zone valve hasn’t got stuck.
