Lack of livechat response from customer service
I am facing an issue integrating my greenstar 4000 30kw boiler with my wired thermostat but It is relentless trying to get hold of Tado customer service. It’s a disgrace how poor their after sales support are.
Currently, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for their house, and if there are any technical support people from tado reading this, please don’t leave valued customers hanging.

I always contact support via email and get a fairly quick response. You could try:

I just contacted customer service by email and when a team member replies that is the form their address appears in. I think the whole team sees all the emails but whoever picks it up attaches their name to the address.
I think the generic address is: operator@tado-844a35e31252.intercom-mail.com
