Can I change the early start time?

I changed my gas combi boiler to an air-source heat pump last winter. Since the heat output is much lower, it needs more time to get the room up to temperature (about 1 hour per degree C).
At the moment, "early start" switches my heating on 10 minutes before the scheduled time. This is not enough.
Is there any way to change the early start time?

As far as I know early start is a learning algorithm so in theory it should start triggering the heating earlier if it’s not reaching temp in time, but if this hasn’t happened after a year I would contact Tado support to see if they can do anything.0

Because if it gets colder, I'll need to keep switching the heating on earlier and earlier. I thought early start was supposed to do this for me.
