Heating not going off

I have just fit the tado V3+ starter kit to my glow worm ultimate 3 30c combi I have got everything paired up as per instructions but the heating will not turn off even though the heating indicter on the receiver is off. I have noticed the Htg symbol on my boiler display flashing which it does when a Htg demand is req. have I missed something in the set up or is the unit faulty
