Changed boiler now Tado won’t communicate

I recently changed my boiler and moved to a new position. Tado receiver has not moved.

Trying to re wire the new boiler back in and tado receiver is not turning heating on or off. The receiver clicks and lights up when I use the app but the boiler does not respond

Could someone one help confirm that I have the wiring correct?

I currently have new boiler (glow worm 3c 35) wired as follows

L - L & CH Common
N - N
RT - CH NO


Or is the problem between the receiver and the boiler. The receiver is over the suggested 30cm away from the boiler but it worked absolutely fine before.
