App says all devices not connected

My app says nothing connected. Replaced all new batteries. It is connected to the Internet. Tried to repairing but app says all offline

    I had this the other day, the cloud lamp on the bridge was flashing, try a restart . . .

    Well what do you know the Tado app is showing all online and connected. So not sure what the problem was, hum....

    I'm actually reassured to hear it's happened to someone else, suggests it was a cloud / server glitch rather than a fault with the equipment at my home . . .
