Can anyone help me with wiring please

Hi everyone, I have a dual zone ESI system that I'm trying to install Tado to replace. Lounge looks straightforward and as the app but upstairs one has been used as a piggy back for a ring external siren and as such I have 3 extra cables that obviously the app wasn't expecting and doesn't tell me what to do with and I also can't determine which is ring and which is thermostat. In a bit of a mess and abandoned!

Can anybody help with where the cables are meant to go so that tado and the ring alarm will both work?
