Tado wired thermostat not working

I have installed a new Tado smart thermostat wired, however the thermostat does not trigger the boiler to go on.
I have a Netfit Topline Compact 25 HRC CW4 boiler.
I am not sure what control interface I have and what to select on the Config Menu ID. But I have tried multiple configs and stil does not work.
Any suggestions?
