Remeha avanta E1 Error

Hi,

I'm getting the E1 error on the Remaha Avanta boiler, which indicates that there is some air in the pipes or not enough flow in the pipes,

I cleared the air from the radiators and rested the boiler and it worked fine, then again today same error message,

I asked the service people for the boiler they said the Tadoo knobs are the issue and it is blocking the hot water to reach where it should be and the boiler is throwing this error,

I asked the Tadoo technician who installed the equipment and confirmed nothing wrong from Tadoo's side,

and now i'm stuck, there is no heating / hot water in the house now,

any idea what should be done?

    Have you left one radiator to act as a bypass without a trv? If you have and you’re still getting the error it’s unlikely to be down to Tado.

    Do you mean that I have to remove the Tado knob from one of the radiators?

    Yes, leave one radiator as a bypass with either a manual trv left fully open or no trv at all.
