Wireless Receiver..
Our new wireless receiver is locking up and becomes unresponsive, whilst a power off and on again seems to temporarily resolve it, until the next time. Where do I contact a human being from Tado support to have this replaced with another unit?
Chat isn't working and they doesn't seem to be a support phone number.

Thank you, I've been in contact and had a prompt reply, but the hoops they wish me to jump through beggars belief.
They want the exact time this issue occurred but how would I know?
