Tado not calling for heat when room temperature is lower than the set temp on thermostat
Hi, before I ask the company to replace this overpriced and functionless equipment, can anyone suggest a fix.
It's 8 degrees outside.
I have set the room stat to 20 degrees and the system does not call for the boiler to be on enough to reach the set 20 degrees temperature.
We have rebooted the system once and still not working.
