Why to Tado not turning on the heating boiler

My Tado system was working fine.

But today, is it not turning on the boiler?

    I have same issue... app says everything is fine... but boiler is refusing to work... no hot water and no boiler

    This happened to me a month ago. I disconnected the he bridge, when reconnected everything was working, like nothing happened. I suggest trying this and see if it solves the issue.

    This is happening to me today too. Last time the heating came on was yesterday morning. I’ve restarted everything and checked all battery levels. The boiler is working as I can override but the Tado Extenson Kit isn’t switching it on.
