Central heating not turning on

Hopefully someone can help me, i got my Tado kit sent to me today from OVO, it included wireless receiver, wireless bridge and a wireless thermostat. Set it up and followed instructions to the T, however my central heating is not coming on, the light on heating is lit up and on my app i put radiator up to 25 but still nothing is coming on.

    Use the desktop version of the forum to post a photo of your wiring. Would also help to know your type and make of boiler.

    Ditto. If the Ch or hw light is coming on the wireless receiver, Tado is trying to fire up your boiler. As Johnny says, please post more info with photos.
