Smart valve showing offline

Hi I’m new to this - my system was installed yesterday and I have noticed my bedroom valve is showing offline on the settings part of the app but showing online on the home page - help please it’s driving me nuts - moved my bridge so it’s prominent and we live in a bungalow so no real distance - I can still change them temp on home page but there is a a little red star on the settings tab and it says offline - also the firmware is different on two of the valves and I bought four as a set

    Could just be the app stuck on a status. Have you tried logging out and back in to see if it makes any difference?

    Does the valve flash "Hi!" when you use the "Blink Display" option in the device settings? That will confirm if it's communicating with the bridge

    The firmware being different can be normal. They can sometimes take a few days to update all valves. I believe if you use HomeKit, you can force an update but otherwise you just have to wait for it to happen
