On my combi boiler it keeps saying room stat off

Everything all okay Internet connection new batteries in but when calling for heating via phone or room stat nothing happens 🤔

    Sounds like a wiring issue but tbh with that amount of information it could be anything. Why not provide: what Tado equipment you have, how it’s wired in, what make of boiler you have and ideally some photos of the wiring (you can add images on the desktop version of the forum). How long the problem has been going on for and whether you changed anything to make it happen would be good too.

    It's ideal logic plus combi boiler been working fine for the last 9yrs gas fitter is guy we used for years he has checked wiring all okay. It is wireless room stat. Internet all fine all lights on the bridge are lit up not flashing. Hot water working heating did come on when reset Bridge when tried to test today still.saying room stat off

    If the hot water and heating are working I wouldn’t worry about it.
