Wireless receiver randomly gone offline? Related to Alexa routine?

My wireless receiver has randomly gone offline at a time when nobody is in the house and no physical change has occurred. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Why does the receiver not reset itself after a certain amount of time? Is there any way to do it remotely?

Everything else in the home is fine and working as expected, except this receiver. The only thing I did that might be related is I recently set an Alexa routine to turn off the heating when the alarm is set, and on when it is disabled. Could this have somehow caused the wireless receiver to go offline?

I have deleted the Alexa routines now anyway, as they are pretty useless given that it switches the system to manual mode and I can't set "away" status.
