internet goes down

I turned the hot water on last night then my internet went down I could not turn it off I tried to turn it off on main controller but after a couple of minutes it turned itself back on I ended up turning main power off to boiler does any one a way I can control system when internet goes down

    There are controls on your smart thermostat for hot water and heating that will turn turn then on or off when there’s no internet connection.
