What do these icons do?

First of all thank you for reading.

In the app on the settings screen at the bottom on the left there are two icons that you can tap and a green tick appears. I’ve no idea what they do and I’ve searched the app and the internet. Hence I found this forum.

Can you provide a screenshot? I can’t see anything like that on my iPhone

Screenshot will be very helpful. Also the version of the app you're running which is displayed at the bottom of the "More" screen
