Why is my boiler coming on?

Hi, I recently got an extension to my house settings up new rooms. And and for the first time Tado controls my hot water heater. This is heated using electricity where as the radiators use gas. Both are controlled from a wireless receiver. A plumber connected both up. He was familiar with Tado.

For some reason my gas boiler comes on from time to time midday. No radiators should be requesting heat as this is the summer. However the hot water is scheduled on.

I think I need to split the radiator heating with the hot water heating using zones or something but I don't see options in the app.
Any ideas?

    Heating and hot water are already separated in the app. Sounds more likely to be a wiring issue. I would speak to your installer.
