Special offers to UK consumers only available to German speakers?

I have given up in despair at finding any way of contacting Tado.

This appears to be deliberate. They, like German delivery company, DPD, do not want to deal with consumers at all if they can avoid doing so.

They are also so stupid that they spend a special offer to, I assume, everyone in the UK with a link to a German language site where you are likely to end up an import duty and VAT can you buy anything with the value of over £135.

    I've bought several refurbished TRVs direct from tado° without any difficulty. The goods were dispatched from Germany. What has been your experience ?
