Existing Remote Room Stat

My current heating system is setup as a zone on ground floor and a zone on first floor. Ground floor has a Honeywell CM907 combined programmer/stat, and first floor has the same programmer but we have a remote wired stat in a different room.

I want to install the Tado system in my house so the starter kit should cover the ground floor, however can I replace the CM907 on first floor with an additional Tado Stat and wire in the existing room sensor to the new stat?

Any help would be appreciated
