manual change on the knobs

Hi,

I just got my Tado equipment installed, and I noticed if I do change the temperature manually from the knob itself, it doesn't update on the app, is that normal or there is something I'm missing here?

    It should show that you’ve changed the temperature on the app. Is anything happening on the trv? Is it paired to the bridge?

    yes, all connected, and when I change from the app it is changed on the knob, but not the other way around.

    any idea what should be done?

    Go to settings > rooms and devices and make sure the room the trv is in has a zone controller set.
